Beleg Strongbow, Maglor, Finrod Felagund, Luthien Tinuviel, Eol,
Maeglin, Caranthir, Feanor, Galadriel, Amarië,
Legolas Greenleaf, Celebrimbor, Ecthelion of the Fountain,
Gil-Galad (btw, he was an elven king )
That's 19 so far. 1 more to go.

How about a special round, sort of like the NCAA
playoff game between the 64 and 65 seeds in their
basketball tournament?

The first of the TWO NOMINATIONS (see list below) to get three
votes (starting now) gets in. Vote for only one
at a time. if no one gets three votes after three
people vote then you can revote?

Want explanation? I'll give it to you. I voted for her already,yes,but that wasn't counted,so I had to do it again. See?

So I guess that means our last two elves are Finduilas and Elu Thingol?

The first two people on the list to receive THREE votes advances, so no, Thingol and Finduilas have not been officially elected.

In addition, the rule is we can only vote for one of these people at a time. To cast another vote we must wait until two other Downers cast a vote. Thus, either Thingol or Finduilas does not currently have a vote (for the sake of the tally I subtracted Thingol's vote).

I will cast my vote for Elrond.
