If you would consider Gil-galad a small character in the LOTR series, then he'll be it.
My favourite small character is Mablung from the Sil. I liked the way he handled the Saeros/Turin fiasco and his unwaiving sense of duty and spirit of chivalry. [ October 27, 2002: Message edited by: Saurreg ]
