It ain't for sure that Celeborn is one of the Moriquendi. The UT states a few other things, yet I don't believe them. I also think that he is Moriquendi.
The Ring is also one of the points, I think, to be considered in this matter. It gave many powers to the wielder and maybe some wisdom as well. greetings, lathspell
