I'll take the easiest one...

Gandalf...
Lets see he made a burglar and a hero out of a hobbit, made events move so that Smaug would be taken out of the picture should Sauron ever rise again, chased Sauron out of Dol Guldur and was there to narrate the whole battle of 5 armies scene (Look its the Eagles!). It was a pretty productive year he had there, and I forgot to mention that he slew 3 trolls and the king of the Orcs. He also started to get a heads up on Bilbos little ring.
Plus it would be cool to be able to remember life as a maiar back in the Undying Lands.
