Gurthang - meaning 'Iron of Death', the name given by Túrin Turambar to Beleg's black sword Anglachel after it was reforged by the smiths of Nargothrond from a sword originally made by Eöl the Dark Elf
The Witch-King's Sword, I don't believe, was mentioned by name. My fav would be Glamdring or Andúril.
