Actually, as I've been watching a bit of Glastonbury coverage on telly (I'm too old for going to the toilet in a trench and mud bathing so it's telly for me) I've noticed just how many young guys these days have Hobbit hair. So all the Hobbits are kind of Indie guys, whereas Men have hair that's more like Kurt Cobain, grunge era.

Haha, I think the same thing about the Men's hair (in specific Boromir and Aragorn) in the films (which isn't the way I picture theirs)...completely Kurt Cobain style, especially Boromir's. Pin straight and all, chin length. It actually gets me angry, as Jackson should have given his grunge tribute to a different character than Boromir. I'm a huge Cobain fan, but not on my favorite character!

I kept waiting for Boromir, Aragorn and Eomer to play air guitar on their swords. Eomer was more metal though, while Boro and 'Gorn were more Grunge. Faramir looked more like he'd be into noodling 70s rock. Frodo and the Hobbits were all-out Indie boys

There just has to be an unseen out-take somewhere of them playing air guitar on swords? You just would, wouldn't you?

Haha, Eomer definitely was more metal. To your question...it isn't unimaginable!
