Sorry, I do not have any Houghton Mifflin editions, just a few HarperCollins editions.
I just wondered if the Index matches or not, cause I possibly will purchase some Houghton Mifflin editions.

Maybe someone else here has a Hougthon Mifflin edition and can shed light on this?
