Saruman: IIIII III
Sauron: IIIII II Shelob: IIII Gollum: I With Saruman and Sauron being nearly tied for a commanding lead, the Downs would appear to be inhabited by a number of evil Maia wanna-bes.  I wonder what this tells us about Werewolf.
