Suilad,

Some forums require you to have a picture or URL address, shrink the page that has your profile and find a picture you like, left click look at properties and copy the properties and place the URL link in the picture section on your profile.

Hope this make sense to you! sorry if it doesn't, as I don't know another way to say it any easier.
