I have a question...It is very important!!
 

I went in my profile to fix it, and I wanted a picture and it said "click here to see all out picture choices." I clicked and it said they didn't have any pictures!!! [img]smilies/mad.gif[/img] Wh not??? Help!! [img]smilies/confused.gif[/img]

Post this in the Barrowdowns forum (very bottom just above the "grave" Site Administration one) and you'll probably get an answer. That's the place for these kinds of questions. Either that or PM a mod (the people with bold or italics, I believe).

That link that you clicked on just gives you pictures saved for this forum. I think it's only used for forums where you're only allowed to have certain avatars. In this forum, though, you can have any picture you want! To get any picture, type the website of the picture in the little typing box thing.... [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img]

Some forums require you to have a picture or URL address, shrink the page that has your profile and find a picture you like, left click look at properties and copy the properties and place the URL link in the picture section on your profile.

Hope this make sense to you! sorry if it doesn't, as I don't know another way to say it any easier.

There are no pictures stored here any more I dont think- I mean, there was only one when I joined, and it wasnt very meish- so you need a URL (aka website) address. Find a picture you like. Maybe try a search engine, and look for, oh, I dont know, 'elf' maybe, or something you like. Google image search is a good search engine for this. A good site, for really cool pictures, is amy brown art. Ive had a few pitures from there. Just copy and paste the URL from the address bar into the picture section.

The very easiest way to find avatars is to go to Google and search for images, then find anyone (preferable rectangle shaped or square) that you like, it does not matter what size it is because it will be sized down when you choose one. It took me awhile to get the idea, but once you do you know it forever. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] Good Luck!
