Oh, me and my friends do that ALL the time...especially the potatoes thing... our non LOTR friends have learnt not to mention the following for fear of sparking random quotes:
* Potatoes (duh) * Chips * Ropes (It freeezes! Its burns uss it doess!) * Fissssshh * Mushrooms *Carrots (lol THE carrot from the cassie claire diaries!) * And of course, Rings, and many MANY other things....
