An 'unknown' rule of thumb here in the 'downs, is that we usually wait at least a week before we deem that the 'quoter' has either forgotten or is too busy to continue.

thats a bit long isnt it? who cares who posts the quote, its not a big deal. if someone gets it let them post a quote, but if the person doesnt post a quote within two days someone else needs to for the game can continue and not have one quote per week.
