Whats Mount Gundbad & Angmar of old on the map? Who lives there? In the Hobbbit i'm sure it says somthing about Goblins living there!..but i'm unsure?

In the Hobbit Gundabad is the capital of the goblins. In a later essay Tolkien says that Mount Gundabad was the place where Durin, the first dwarf, woke up.
Angmar was a realm ruled by the Lord of the Nazgul which was destroyed a thousand years before the events in the Lord of the Rings took place.
