				Thranduil's Palace ?

Well my question is was his palace/caves created at least in part by the Dwarves. There's a line in the two towers were Gimli says they were but for some reason i thinks there's another line that seems to suggest they weren't helped by Dwarves.I mighty be wrong but any knowledge or insight will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ron

I found the answer to my own question. The first quote from the Tow Towers in the road to isengard chapter. And the other i found with help from my atlas of middle earth book it was in unfinished tales in (of Silvan princes) it basically says that Dwarves didn't help the Elves make there halls. I wonder which is wright Ron

The Lord of the Rings is a canonical text which outranks Unfinished Tales, so the Two Towers reference is right and Dwarves did help in the building of Thranduil's halls.
