It's a shameful misconception. His right name is Ron. He's a kind of chubby kid, hence the added "sow". He found a pretty little ring in his crackerjacks box. Quite a delight, that all the mean kids wanted to take it from him. The ring was stolen by a bully nicknamed Hob 'cause of his limp. Hob bit Ron, gave him an atomic wedgie, then threw the ring into the school furnace. Now Ron cries with his teddy and blanky behind the "bare-red-door" of the school office.
