All of the Valar had 'families' of Maia associated with them. However, only eight (excluding Melkor) had Maia specifically named to them in the books. Which were these, and which were their Maia?

For purposes of this question, only count those mentioned in the main books (Hobbit, LOTR, Silmarillion, UT). Info in Sil supercedes info in UT.
