The first time Frodo used the Ring was at Bombadil's house to make sure that the Ring was the one he gave Tom, the second time was in Bree at the Prancing Poney (? I'm not sure, I mean Barliman's one), and the third was when Frodo was attacked by Boromir to escape from him.
