But the Alan Lee art is I believe the only thing you could call "fresh" about it, aside from Brian Sibley's commentary.

Very much in agreement about the Alan Lee art. Anyway, I've found myself using it as a reference for things 2nd age. Don't let the marketing reference to Rings of Power put you off. I recommend getting it.
