This one is a little weird in format, because I had an idea (and they don't lead you anywhere good). But the clues are not made to be difficult, on the contrary I think you'll get them fairly quickly. There's no direct theme, so instead the password gets a title:

It is that weird thing indeed. And you look into the "ear" (medically vague term) with it. But you can see something a teeeny bit more specific that would give you a different answer. You would know this term, it's not an obscure bit of anatomy, but maybe a google search will help trigger the right association.

Like Hui - lots of Downs happens for me in breaks between lectures during the week. I think it's true for many Downers that they Downs during work/school hours, depending on the nature of their work.

Well, kaikamahine is the Hawaiian word for girl, but that's too many k's for most Tolkien names. There's a song called Hawaiian Girl, too. Or perhaps we're looking for a popular girls' name in Hawaii. Or a famous Hawaiian girl.

So ....

The above-mentioned song actually *does* appear to mention thd girl's name:

Aloha Wau Ia Oe (if that's her name).

And I think Aloha was in a list of popular Hawaiian girls' names that I found. But can it firm a Tolkienian name when mixed with a pronoun? Let's see ....
