People falling over, being knocked out or fainting:

1. Boromir - trips on a tree-root and falls sprawling on his face.
2. Bombur - falling in the river.
3. Frodo - from the Morgul-knife on Weathertop.
4. Turin - swooning after his encounter with Glaurung.
5. Sam - falls and cuts his knees near Parth Galen.
6. Gollum - trips into Orodruin.
7. Pippin - near Parth Galen - 'I swooned and was made captive.'

Can we use the same character twice with different events?

Sure! So long as none of them are film references, otherwise all 13 will be Frodo.

Also, forgot to mention earlier but Barrels are AMAZING! Your honourable mentions are hilarious!
