I know there's going to be one in Washington State in February- I believe the web-page is http://www.ringcon.com or something like that.

However, if you don't mind something less structured, I believe that both West-coast and East-coast Barrowdowners are planning a get-together. Check out the threads in the 'Barrowdowns' section of the forum.
