being only male, I cringe every time I come across the word "queer" in reference to being strange or peculiar. I suppose it is funny to watch me cringe, considering I'm almost a vegetable sitting in a hospital ward with a nurse reading the trilogy to me time and time again. She even allowed a picture of me to be taken as I cringed. My eye sort of froze mid-flutter and my pinky was raised to a ninety degree angle. I suppose it was funny. My mom is giving me sort of a glare as she is typing this for me. It's been two whole weeks out of the hospital! Wohoo!
