I suppose I would kind of have the time to mod, provided that I got one or two co mods. Then again, it would eat up a lot of my time, so I'm torn.

A smaller game first might be a good idea, especially as it turns out I won't have quite as much time in my hands right now as I thought. But perhaps later this summer (or winter, depending on your hemisphere)?

I'd be up for playing again by the middle of next week. I've been trying to iron out an idea I had for a game. At this point it would be pretty basic, and I don't know that I'm quite ready. If someone else can roll with one I'd likely be in.
