If you want 'Star Music', then try one of these: Ellin, Elengil, Elenlin.

However I would prefer to make the meaning of the name 'Music of the Stars' or 'Star(s) of the Music', we can then have a more attractive name IMO, something like: Gilenźlenil, Gilenźlin, Linenźlin,.

Do you like any of these?
I like them, but none of them is "quite right." But they've given me a great jumping-off point to make one up, now that I have an idea on how they're structured. Thanks!

And I'm curious now, what names are more common, Quenya or Sindarin? Are Quenya and Sindarin names interchangeable? Are the rules always followed in constructing names, or is there a lot of freedom? Are some suffixes reserved for masculine names or are they interchangeable between masculine and feminine? There's so much involved in these languages, it's fascinating!
