Okay, here are more of my favs, I'm going to try to *not* type out the whole dang book here...

One of my favourite Gandalf ones is one that this site has often (which I'm very overly happy about):

Saruman, Saruman!
Saruman, you missed your path in life. You should have been the king's jester and earned your bread, and stripes too, by mimicking his counsellors. Ah me!"

Sam: I ain't been droppin' no eves, sir, honest. (I can't decide if I like this one better than the book one or not)

Gimli: Here's one Dwarf she won't snare so easily. I have the eyes of a hawk and the ears of a...oh.

Legolas: Would that this night would end, and I could have better light for shooting."
(I said this one day as my fiancee and I were going hunting...he thought I was nuts.)

Gandalf: Despair or folly? It is not despair, for despair is only for those who see the end beyond all doubt. We do not. It is wisdom to recognize necessity, when all other courses have been weighed, though as folly it may appear to those who cling to false hope.

There are lots more, but I'll stop there.
