Eomer:
"I would cut off your head, dwarf, if it stood but a little higher from the ground."
Legolas:
"You would die before your sword fell."

It's funny and shows how Legolas and Gimli have progressed.
Also the "fetch you a box" comment. Oh, and Gimli talking to Eowyn, something like:
"this had lead to the belief that there are no dwarf women..."
Aragorn whispers:
"It's the beards"

The happiest bit was Sam's speech about stories and songs. The saddest bit was "Don't you know your Sam?"

Sorry, there are too many, I'll just stop there before I end up typing out the whole script.
