A-ha. Now I know where I saw them. About a month ago, I was at an exhibition where they had the original paintings of these, and some more...

(I was thinking Thuringwethil was something more like this. But perhaps able to shift into something more attractive when in non-flight non-attack mode.)

Anyway I like Vasnetsov a lot, but I must admit my image of Thuringwethil is closer to phantom's.

Nope, it's the face. The mouth, the eyes plus eyebrows, the expression. Only she should have different nose. But otherwise, the first impression is totally you.
