Last year I wanted to go as a Nazgul, but I left it for the last minute and I couldn't find any fitting clothing, so I ended up doing a joke kind of thing. I dressed up as a homeless person and wrote a sign that said something like "Help the hungry Halloweeners! Donate! We accept cash, but candy is preferable." Unfortunately, people didn't get it, because apparently there's a real organization that collects real donations on Halloween. So I had to explain to them every time that I didn't know about such a thing and that it's a joke born of goofing up the costume...

This year I don't think I'll be going at all... It falls on too busy a day.
