I need to be rescued from the likes of me? What utter nonesense!
 Anyways, old Tom. Gildor is for nazgul, Tom is for wights. Would you rather be trapped in a barrow and rescued, or take the longer way around the Downs and never get to see them (but safely continue on your way)?
