You are allowed SEVEN trades.
In other words, whatever switches you make and change your mind about etc., your team will be considered legal so long as you end up with at least FOUR of your players you had last round.

You may feature SEVEN stars on your roster.

The playoff matchups are set, and you can gain EXTRA POINTS by predicting who the winners will be. Each game is worth one point, so an extra eight points are out there for the taking.
