Thanks mwcfrodo. I feel much better knowing that someone here has a few years on me. You're lucky that your original copy survived. Mine lasted about 26 years, but did not survive the ravages of my kids. I HAD to go and buy nearly identical replacements on eBay. My problem is that I can't bring myself to crack the bindings.
