Anyway, it'll be uber easy this time

Happy was I, I danced a lot
Till my lover came along
My 'greedy' father demanded exchange
So we had to be strong

Old friends of our kind
Sent us great help
But in this situation I can do nothing
But wait and weep

In the end it all went fine
Thanks to invoking unexpected pity
Now we could in peace dine
and live our life in hidden city

Hello? Have people abandoned this thread?

I'll give it one more try. And if someone guesses right and doesn't take a tun, I'll have to start a new thread. With list of people who guessed right, but didn't take a turn?

I wandered in dark woods,
there I met my fate,
my helmet was red
but I didn't serve Morgoth nor hate.

In first age I lived my day
alone at first, some might say.
bu lonliness didn't last long,
but while it did, I stayed strong

In dark woods I met my spouse,
That one old chap, named after Greek God,
my child and I later
on familiar way decide to trod.

In my home
bright and happy
I received a spear
sticking out of my belly.

Who am I?

As I'm sure you're aware, Urwen, people on this site have lives offline as well, and sometimes their real life commitments overshadow the continuation of your game. If someone forgets their turn, please do be patient with them, as most of us are adults and have jobs, families, and (heaven forbid) social lives to deal with that don't involve the Downs.

I'm sure most people are more than happy to participate in various activities on the Downs, this thread included, but pressuring us to respond is, I assure you, not the way to facilitate cooperation, and creating a new thread to shame people who have better things to do than reply to your posts is not the way we encourage participation on this site.

Please do be respectful of others' commitments and behave accordingly. Thank you.
