East? - well, that's a bit ambiguous, but I should say No
Is it in Eriador? - Yes
East of the Brandywine? - No
In the Shire? - Yes
North of the East Road? - Possibly, but not definitely.
Is it an inn/pub? - No
Is it a well-known place? - I would say yes.
Michel Delving? - No
A hobbit hole? - No
Is it west of Bag End? - Yes
The Tower Hills?- No
White Downs? - No
Greenholm? - No
Town hole? - I'm not quite sure what you mean by that, but No.

A bit of a hint: It's in the White Downs, but it's not the White Downs. The same could be said for another guess.
