Well that Depends on where You're looking For example The quiz room shall be pushed into the dynasty of Legate And SPM making those of us not so clever riddlers mere toys

It would be possible to infer that his appearance has something to do with the plethora of siggie spammers we've had recently. After all, 'twas I who endearingly nicknamed him SPaM because of the quality and quantity of his posts. Perhaps he's here to teach the taudry spammers a thing or two?
