Memories...

I've got quite a few fond memories. My brother and I used to 'borrow' yardsticks from around the house and have swordfights outside. My fonder memories though, are of me and my cousin. Rather than playing 'house' or anything 'girly', we would have scenarios and we would 'act' out whatever we came up with. It was pretty much playing 'house' except with much cooler stuff happening. We would go out back way behind my house and pretend that we were rangers and that we had to make camp. Or that we were Elven princesses running away because for some god-forsaken reason, our 'fathers' were making us marry humans! Ah the good old days when 'quests' to find dangerous artifacts in our back yards were as real as my mother's voice telling us to stop digging up the lawn...
