Only time for a few quick comments now.

I think that if Nessa is a wolf, Form is too.

I'm not sure Nessa's vote for Form fits in with that, unless Form really thought he was dead.

I'm wondering whether I made too much of the likeliness of Durelin choosing Nienna. I can vividly imagine her shouting expletives at the screen when I came up with it. I think I will analyse her briefly later.
