Why do the Nazgul need clothes?

I think I would be too embarassed to run around nude on their horses. I'm also betting the horse won't be all that comfortable with the situation.

I believe they had cloths so they wouldnt feel inferior around eachother. Nothing makes you feel worse than noticing your neighbor is better looking than you.
