I vote to have main hobbit characters again, even if they had already participated in the previous games. How can a hobbit competition go without Frodo and Sam?

Unfair, preciousss...
After all, it is HOBBIT game - it is not soon they would get another chance.

Maybe we can just list MAIN hobbit characters and then bring the list up to 20 with additional characters on a two-votes basis?

So I propose the following "main" list:

Smeagol (pre-Gollum period)
Bilbo
Frodo
Sam
Merry
Pippin
The Gaffer
Farmer Maggot
Fatty Bolger
Nob
Rosie Cotton
Farmer Cotton
Lotho S-B
Lobelia
