Actually you have been able to drink for 16 years in private, 7 if wine or beer with a restaurant meal with adult supervision. You only have to be 18 to by the stuff and drink in a bar....
Not that this is my chosen specialist subject or anything.... hic!

I used to be so good at sending my best wishes, because I would check the birthday list every day. That habit is no longer with me, but gefeliciteerd to everyone I've missed recently. I shall use each birthday as an excuse to raise a glass in the coming weeks.
