I dreamed that the phantom (the cartoon one featured in Hookbill's newspaper, not the young man in formal wear that we know from Volo's photo page) had some kind of illegal, underground business involving trains. So he painted a car like an old-fashioned train engine and drove through town in it, and when someone asked why, he said "I'm advertising my business". There were, of course, no legal repercussions, because he's the phantom.
