Part A:
Heroes must have been fed on a strictly lembas diet for the last 2 weeks.

Part B:
When an Elf are having a contest to see how many orcs they can slay, if the dwarf starts catching up, the elf must get a fresh supply of orcs immediately to put him back in the lead. Failure to do this will result in a the punishment of public flogging with a soggy piece of lembas.
