Thanks for the congratulations all! Hehe Groin, indeed here I have been able to drink for 3 years now but it's nice to know I have that right everywhere from now on!

Basically as long as you don't feed your baby guinness...
Actually you have been able to drink for 16 years in private, 7 if wine or beer with a restaurant meal with adult supervision. You only have to be 18 to by the stuff and drink in a bar....
Not that this is my chosen specialist subject or anything.... hic!
