An elf: Elwë Singollo (otherwise known as Elu Thingol)
A human: Eärendil, Elros... lots
An elf-human hybrid: Elros
A weapon: don't know
A maia: Eönwë (obviously)... I can't have that? Ok, Estë

Isn't Este a Vala, not a Maia?

On the other hand, I believe the original name for Ilmare was Erinti. And Tolkien early on did think of Este as the greatest of the Maiar, rather than a Vala, but changed his mind...

A maia: Ilmare
