Wisconsin actually isn't that cold. Right now it's 70 degrees (farenhiet) outside, which is about average for our spring weather. The thing about the weather here is that it's extremly unpredictable. Earlier this month, we had snow that went halfway up my calves, but now, the grass is green, the birds are singing, and its nice outside. I wouldn't say thats it's too cold here really. Our winters are usually in the thirties which is about average, but you never know what the weather will be like next. For example, we had a green Christmas, it was 45 outside, and like I said, earlier this month is was snowing like crazy. I think it's safe to say that spring has sprung here for good though.
