Well, I've just woken up *contented sigh* so my logic's probably fuzzy, but....

If the diva/devo comes out then we have a known innocent and everyone automatically trusts them. Beautiful. However, if they stay hidden for perhaps a few Days then everyone will give more honest reactions to that person (for instance if I am the diva and Phantom is constantly trying to have me killed perhaps we should look more closely at our Man in Black....and yes, that WAS a gratuituous Princess Bride reference. Deal with it.) thus allowing us to learn more about the others in the game. As for me, I'm fine with the diva staying in the shadows or coming into the spotlight. Either one is acceptable, as it's ultimately their choice anyway.
