Well, I must admit the only reason I was so certain was not the confession, but because I seen your trickery on Night 1. That was Mith's last game, and lookie we have a confession in Mith's next game!

There are two drastic differences however. Last confession in Mith's game you incriminated Kuru with an "I love you." Here you have simultaneously incriminated everyone with a "hugs all around." Also, that time I was the seer, this time I'm not, and thus I deduce you made a fake confession.

What dazzling intellect, eh?

I say we try to host a trip-lynch (against Moddess's wishes) for me, Lariren, Gwath, and Boro. Oh, and Mac, for guilt by association. Oh dear, that's not so triple, is it? Woe are my math skill[z]...~Another one from Fea

Thinking about a triple-quaduplet lynch may get you mod-fired, and if I were in such a lynch you'd definitely be mod-fired.

Boro: for knowing the movie AND for mentioning Tim Curry (he SHOULD have done the voice, by the way, he's amazing!!)
Phantom: for getting Phantom (of the Opera) stuck in my head


In other news, I'm now off to work. When I get back I'm going to have to put in Phantom of the Opera (followed by various other musicals) and read posts.

In a way I don't know about Mac... Because the scary comments are things I could very well say (and probably have) as an innocent. But they're still so suspicious-looking.

Okay thanks Mith. It would just have been a nice cobbler tactics to spy on her/himself in the beginning and pass the information to the wolves.

Just thoughts here...

I was thinking that maybe the Cobbler might want to look like the Divo/Diva in a small way, but obvious enough for a team of Wolves and a couple villagers to spot. Then the Wolves would think, "That's probably the Divo, we don't want to waste a kill there", and the Seer thinks, "That's probably the Divo, I don't want to waste a dream there", and the villagers think, "That's probably the Divo, I definitely don't want to risk lynching him."

Where as the real Divo might think, "They look like they might be hinting they're the Divo. Should I step out? But maybe it's one of the Wolves trying to draw me out. And maybe it's the Seer cleverly looking like the Divo. I'm not sure if I should challenge."

And in the meantime, the Cobbler skates by free through all phases.

And at least one of the Wolves could put on a Divo show as well, in order to avoid lynching. And it wouldn't be the least bit suspicious when they're still alive the next day, because the Wolves can't kill the Divo. And possibly the Seer wouldn't want to spend a dream on them either because why waste a dream on someone who's probably known already?

Yeah... Lots of interesting things could happen here.

Lariren, who says a great deal of nothing (mostly summaries and paraphrases). She is a new player, and so I'm going to need more time to decide whether it's just a natural lack of confidence or something more sinister.

I don't think there was any decision. But if they stay hidden there's a chance the wolves waste their kill or the cobbler their dream.

The cobbler does not dream he spies. And no he can't spy on himself - he may find out through his spying who the wolves are but the wolves will have to guess. And if he goes the information he holds will not be transmitted becasue he won't be able to make the drop.

Indeed. Wild Man think only Menel die.

However, Wild Man incline think this good overall. Not hurt village too much in early stage. Much more helpful when examine vote record. Also, face it, people find reason lynch Nogrod eventually whatever happen.

Making the point that a triple lynch (anyway we only can make a double-lynch) might be risky... hmmm... to whom at this point? For the critics themselves I think... one lynch and we probably end up with a fine and innocent singer toDay; a double lynch... the odds to bring down a critic get better... or at least the critics should have more to fear at this early hour if that option is open.

Anyway: confessedly lacking a sense of humour? A well known trait of music-critics over the whole wide world. Artists have fun, critics are grumpy, everyone knows that.

The two are by no means mutually exclusive. A question can be used to state one's opinion quite as easily as any other form of sentence, and your question had distinct accusatory overtones. Whether or not I was being touchy is a matter of perspective, however, and you can't please everyone.

Hmm... This is the first game where I've actually been scared of the Cobbler.

He'll dream of the gifteds and tell the Werewolves. He has true power. He's not just a suicidal distraction.

I'm currently thinking through things he could do. There are some interesting possibilities. I've thought of one devious ploy he could run, but I'd rather wait and look for it as opposed to announce it ahead of time. Anyway... just thinking out loud here.
