The last thing I need, the last thing I have time for, the last thing I should be doing is spending my days discussing every minute detail of the incredibly intricate world of Middle Earth.

And yet, here I am!

Welcome, Selador - that has to be one of the most original and subtle Tolkien nicks I've read! If you're so familiar with his works to have chosen it, you'll be able to enjoy and contribute to many discussions here.

Welcome also to Eol, Nessa, Hugo, and those many newcomers who have joined since I last took the time to greet them. I hope you'll feel at home in our little Barrow - the swords that lie around occasionally are purely decorative, I assure you!
