I read a fanfic like this once, the fellowship all gathered round and discussed who was the prettiest.
3 votes for Frodo
3 votes for Legolas
2 undecides(Frodo and Legolas of course)
1 "Leave me alone, stop pressuring me." responce from Aragorn.

Personally, I love them both(Frodo is prettier than Legolas though, at least in the movies. I imagine it's the other way round with the books)
Hobbits are like stuffed animals and Elves are like trophies.
You want to own lots of both!
