Well that is pity... Tolkien has been such a positive thing in my life that it seems sad that it is regarded as a waste of time... but then the internet wasn't widely available until after I had finished my formal education, if it had, no doubt my parents might have taken action

Though there are far worse ways to spend time...

Anyway all the best for what ever you do do instead - and you may close the door but we won't lock it behind you.
