You know you have Tolkien fever when in class the teacher wants to know the name of the famous Prussian alliance-master who will be indirectly responsible for WWI, and you (after snapping your head up from the LotR that's lying oh-so-conspicuosly on your desk), look around in confusion and mutter "Bilbo?".... [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
But wait, it gets better. The very next day, as you are once again preoccupied with the
LotR in the very same class, the question regarding Alexander III's most famous minister comes up, and you, caught unawares once again, snapped out of your reverie (involving Legolas, no doubt [img]smilies/evil.gif[/img] ), say something that sounds suspiciously like "Valar?"...
Thank God my teacher has a sense of humor, or I would've had the book shoved down my throat by now.
